8. Contact Information about others, (including personal identifiers) such as name and mailing address to send a gift or use of our Be Nobl functionality. If you use Be Nobl on our Services, your email address may be included in the communication sent to your friend.

Social media information (which may include contact information, photos, location, user-generated content, demographic information) if you link your account or access the Services through a third-party connection or log-in, we may have access to any information you provide to that social network depending on your privacy settings such as your name, email address, friend list, photo, gender, location, and current city; and information you provide to us directly through our pages on social networking and blogging platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, WordPress, TikTok and Twitter).

Information We Collect Automatically:

1. Device information and identifiers such as IP address; browser type and language; operating system; platform type; device type; software and hardware attributes; and unique device, advertising, and app identifiers.

Internet network and device activity data such as information about files you download, domain names, landing pages, browsing activity, content or ads viewed and clicked, dates and times of access, pages viewed, forms you complete or partially complete, search terms, uploads or downloads, the URL that referred you to our Services, the web sites you visit after this web site; if you share our content to social media platforms; and other web usage activity and data logged by our web servers, whether you open an email and your interaction with email content, access times, error logs, and other similar information.
3. Geolocation information such as city, state, and ZIP code associated with your IP address or derived through Wi-Fi triangulation; and precise geolocation information from GPS-based functionality on your mobile devices, with your permission in accordance with your mobile device settings.

Information from Third Parties:

We may also collect the information outlined above, such as contact information, demographic, and social media information, from other sources including public and commercial data sources, affiliates, entities providing conferences and other event, marketers, social media networks, third party advertising partners in accordance with your privacy preferences on such services, and partners such as those providing surveys or sweepstakes with us. We use this information to update, validate or supplement the information that you provide, or we collected automatically, to target our communications so that we can inform you of products, services and offers that may be of interest, and for internal business analysis or other business purposes.  If other users of the Services provide information about you, such as your name and mailing address to send a gift or to use our Be Nobl functionality, we collect that information from such users.

Nobl is a company based in the United States. Under Nevada law, Nevada residents who have purchased goods or services from us may opt out of the “sale” of “covered information” (as such terms are defined under Nevada law). “Covered information” includes, among other things, first and last name, address, email address, and phone number. As discussed above, we share your information with third parties (e.g. magazine publishers, retailers, participatory databases) that want to market products or services to you. In some circumstances, this sharing may qualify as a sale under Nevada law. Children’s Privacy

Because we care about the safety and privacy of children online, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). COPPA and its accompanying regulations to protect the privacy of children using the internet. We do not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar information-gathering technologies such as web beacons on our website including essential, functional analytical, and advertising cookies. Nobl uses these technologies to provide a better experience for our members.

Processing Your Payment

After you place an order on our website you will need to make payment for the goods or services you have ordered. In order to process your payment, we use a third-party payment processor (Stripe, PayPal and Amazon Pay) and a fraud gateway to ensure that your order is not fraudulent. Your payment will be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Amazon Pay.

Google Analytics

Web Server Log Information

We use a third-party server to host our website called Amazon Web Services, the privacy policy of which is available here https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/. Our website server automatically logs the IP address you use to access our website as well as other information about your visits such as the pages accessed, information requested, the date and time of the request, the source of your access to our website (e.g. the website or URL (link) which referred you to our website), and your browser version and operating system.

Our third-party hosting provider collects and stores server logs to ensure network and IT security and so that the server and website remain uncompromised. This includes analyzing log files to help identify and prevent unauthorized access to our network, the distribution of malicious code, denial of services attacks, and other cyber-attacks, by detecting unusual or suspicious activity.

Unless we are investigating suspicious or potential criminal activity, we do not make, nor do we allow our hosting provider to make, any attempt to identify you from the information collected via server logs.

Legal basis for processing: compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Legal obligation: we have a legal obligation to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of our processing of information about individuals. Recording access to our website using server log files is such a measure.

When you sign up for our e-newsletter on our website or opt to receive news, offers, updates on out-of-stock items from us by entering your name and email address and clicking subscribe or ticking a box at checkout indicating that you would like to receive our e-newsletter, we collect your email address, information about your browser, information about the page you signed up on,  and any other additional information you may provide to us.

E-Newsletter Consent Delivery

You give your consent to us sending you our e-newsletter by signing up to receive it using the steps described above. We use a third-party service to send out our e-newsletter and administer our mailing list.

E-Newsletter Opt-Out

If you want to stop receiving promotional e-mails from us, click on the “unsubscribe” link in any promotional email from us. Founder’s Club & Referring Friends

When you sign up for our Founder’s Club on our website by entering your name and email, indicating that you would like to join our Founders Club for lifetime benefits, like free stuff, discounts, and early access, we collect your email address, information about your browser, information about the page you signed up on, and any other additional information you may provide to us.

If you refer friends using a link unique to you, and ask them to join you on our website, we only collect information about the person who received the link when they click on the link. Founders Club Consent Delivery

You give your consent to us sending you a confirmation email to confirm you are a real person, which includes your login information, and your referral link. We use a third-party service to send out the confirmation email and administer our mailing list.

Founder’s Club Opt-Out

When a founder indicates they would like their data removed, the founder’s data will be deleted within the 30 day time window. Following this request from the founder, we will not collect additional information about the user.
