Returns Policy

What else can we say, except that we want to be fully Nobl when taking care of our members, and because of this, we have outlined in this section what to do if you have an item that you are not fully satisfied with which you may want to return.

100% Happiness Guarantee

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, for any reason, we will refund your money. It is that simple. We just ask that you give us a chance to make you happy, first.

We Understand

We know that expectations are high, and we aim to make every one of our members happy, this is the Nobl way. We also understand that what works for one person may not work for another, and because of this, we are happy to help in any way we can to find a product that suits your needs.

For refunds, please return your product(s) and all packaging to: Nobl  Suite 690 1323 SE 17th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316 Once your return is received, we will refund your purchase minus all shipping costs.

If you have not experienced 100% happiness from Nobl or are not 100% satisfied with your Nobl purchase, please go ahead and reach out to our customer support team and we will do our best to be fully Nobl.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may not be refundable by Nobl. In the event, Nobl paid any shipping costs related to an order, and prior to any submission of a refund, the cost of shipping the order may be deducted from the refunded amount.

The reason for this is that we are not the shipping company, and we have no control over the shipping rates, and/or how the shipper delivers your order.

Damage to Your Order

We think our packaging and the measures we take to protect the products you order from Nobl go well beyond industry standards, but every now and again the inevitable happens. If your order is damaged by the shipment carrier during shipping, we will do our best to help you out, but as a rule, Nobl is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nobl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
