Who can request donations?
To request, and collect donations you must first be an official representative of an eligible 501(c)(3) public charitable organization.
How much can my organization request?
When your organization is selected as the beneficiary by one of our customers at checkout, Nōbl will donate $1 for every eligible item purchased.
Example: If 20 bars of soap are purchased, and your organization is the chosen beneficiary, your organization will receive $20.
The amount of money your organization can receive is unlimited.
How do I request and receive donations for my charitable organization?
Requesting donations for your organization is easy.
To request and receive donations, you must be an official representative of the eligible organization, and then follow these easy steps:

Search: Search for your organization and select the organization you represent.
Be sure to select your organization, as many organizations can look similar.
The best way to verify you have the right one is to also check the EIN identifier.

Complete the form: After selecting register, complete the entire form below, upload your logo, and submit.

Your email: Be sure to use an email from your charitable organization. example: [email protected]
If you do not have an email from your organization, contact Nōbl at [email protected]

Verify your email: After you request donations, Nōbl will send you an email to verify receipt. An account on Nōbl will also be automatically created, and an email will be sent to you with your password.

Payment information: Log into your account and submit your organization’s bank account information and upload a copy of a voided check or your bank statement to verify payment details.
Once our organization is registered, will we have a profile page on Nōbl?
Yes. Once you request donations for your organization and then approved, there will be a free profile page on Nōbl you can manage, where your supporters, and new supporters, can discover your organization when searching the Nōbl Directory of Causes.
Your page will be indexed by Google, and other search engines, and your organization can also use the page to raise awareness about your cause, link to your Instagram account, your website, see how many supporters you have, and so much more. Doing all of these things increases the amount Nōbl will donate to your organization.
Is there any cost to have a profile page for my organization on Nōbl?
Profile pages on Nōbl are free to all organizations which meet our Terms of Service and the Participation Agreement.
Where did you get my organization’s information?
Nōbl uses its own data set for publicly available charitable organization data. However, if there is a problem with your organization’s information on Nōbl, please contact us at [email protected]
Requirements
What are the eligibility requirements to receive donations?
501(c)(3): Organizations must be registered and in good standing with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) to be eligible to participate.
Organizations must be public charitable organizations (not private foundations) and may not be supporting organizations, unless identified specifically as a Type I, Type II, or functionally integrated Type III supporting organization.
Location: Eligible charitable organizations must also be located in one of the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Be Nōbl: Organizations that engage in, support, encourage or promote intolerance, hate, terrorism, violence, money laundering, or other illegal activities are not eligible to participate.
Nōbl relies on the US Office of Foreign Assets Control and the Southern Poverty Law Center to determine which registered charities fall into these groups.
Banking: Organizations must submit bank account information online to receive donation payments.
Maintain Good standing: Charitable organizations must also adhere to the Nōbl Participation Agreement to maintain eligibility.
Charitable organizations may choose not to receive donations from Nōbl at any time.
Although we aim to include only charitable organizations that are in good standing and do not engage in any of the activities described above, we cannot guarantee the good standing and/or conduct of any charitable organization.

How do I request and receive donations for my charitable organization?

Will customers still be able to select my charitable organization if I do not request donations?
Yes. As long as your organization meets our eligibility criteria, customers will be able to select your organization.
However, no donations will be made to your organization until you complete your request.

Can you mail our organization a donation check instead of sending an electronic funds transfer?
We do not mail donation checks due to the expense of check processing and fulfillment.
We distribute donations using electronic transfer to reduce operational expenses, so your charity receives the maximum amount of funds.
What is an organization administrator?
An organization administrator is an official representative of an organization that has the authority to access and manage the Nōbl charity program information on behalf of their charitable organization.
Why do you need an email address for my charitable organization?
We require a valid email address so that we can verify you are affiliated with the organization, and so we can communicate important program information to each registered organization.
From time to time, we will send emails with information about your organization’s donation amounts and information about Nōbl program promotions.
What happens if another person has already requested donations for my charitable organization and they were not authorized to do so?
If your organization has already requested donations by an unauthorized person, please contact Nōbl at [email protected]
Request Donations
How does my charity receive the requested donations?
Each quarter, Nōbl llc makes donations to eligible charitable organizations by electronic funds transfer.
Donations will be transferred approximately 30-45 days after the end of each calendar quarter.
To account for product returns, a portion of the quarterly donations may be withheld until the next donation cycle, subject to any reduction due to returns from prior quarters.

What happens if we do not request donations for our charitable organization or provide a bank account for an electronic transfer?
If you have not requested donations for your organization, we may attempt to contact you with instructions on how to request donations.
If you do not request donations for your charitable organization, including providing accurate bank account information for an electronic transfer, the Nōbl llc will still track and store donations accumulated for each calendar quarter.
Once you’ve requested donations for your charitable organization, your organization may be eligible to receive donations in the next donation cycle, and all donation amounts that were previously allocated to your organization and that were not subject to reallocation under the Participation Agreement.
Please note that charitable organizations who have not requested donations will not receive donations for orders that occurred more than eight full quarters ago. Instead, they will not be distributed and will be reallocated to other charitable organizations that have requested them.
How much does Nōbl donate?
Nōbl llc will donate $1.00 for each eligible item the customer purchases to the charitable organizations the customer selects.
Certain items are not eligible and will not result in donations.
What purchases are eligible for donations?
Every item, unless marked ineligible, will qualify for a $1.00 donation.
Recurring, replenish and subscription renewals are also currently eligible.
Example: If 20 bars of soap are purchased, and your organization is the chosen beneficiary, your organization will receive $20.

To receive a donation disbursement, what is the minimum amount my organization needs to have accrued from customer purchases?
The minimum amount a charitable organization must accrue to receive a quarterly donation is $50.00.
If the total donation amount due to your organization, based on the purchases by all customers who selected your charitable organization, is less than $50.00 at the end of a given calendar quarter, Nōbl llc will hold the donation amounts and add them to donation amounts allocated to your organization in subsequent calendar quarters.
However, if you have an accrued donation that remains below $50.00 for four consecutive quarters, Nōbl llc will disburse accrued donation amounts to you in the donation cycle following the fourth quarter, even if the donation amount is less than $50.00.

Can I view the donations my charitable organization has received?
Yes. The administrator of your account can view the past, and projected donation amounts.
Simply log into your account, and view the “Your Cause” section, then select “Donations & Payments”.
I requested donations but did not receive a donation. What happened?
If you requested donations but did not receive a donation disbursement, please ensure that you have added the correct bank account information for your organization to the Donations & Payments section of your Nōbl Account.
Also, you will not receive a donation disbursement if your organization’s donation amount is below the minimum donation amount of $50.00.
Note that donations accrued during each calendar quarter are disbursed approximately 30-45 days after the end of that calendar quarter.
Even if your organization does not accrue at least $50.00 in donations, Nōbl will donate at least once per year.

Increase your donations from Nōbl?
How can we increase donations from Nōbl?
Once your organization has requested donations from Nōbl, a custom link to your organization’s profile, also on Nōbl, will be provided that can be shared with your supporters on your website, by email, social media, newsletters, and more. Adding a blue heart icon next to your social icons and linking to your page on Nōbl is recommended.
This custom link will make the default charity for any person that clicks on it, yours.
This means when any person clicks the custom link to your organization’s page on Nōbl, when they check out, your organization will be the default cause to receive any allocated donation.
Visit www.nobllife.com/my-account to access tools and collateral to spread the word about your page on Nōbl.
By signing into your account and selecting “Your Cause” you can also obtain your unique link that will set your supporter’s default cause to your organization when they shop Nōbl.
Are there any restrictions regarding the promotion of the Nōbl charity program by charitable organizations?
Organizations may spread the word to supporters using email, website banners, links, widgets, social media posts, direct mail, print collateral, and signage by following the Nōbl Participation Agreement.
How can I make sure my organization shows up on the Nōbl home page and other top pages of the Nōbl website?
We call these “Spotlight Organizations” and reserve several positions to be randomly selected with the remaining positions being allocated to organizations that go above and beyond raising funds, and awareness, with the Nōbl Service.
